Farming at Cameron Highlands

Posted by Chee Wei On May - 13 - 2010

Cameron Highlands certainly provided a breath of freshness from the hustle and bustle of the city.

After checking into our accommodation, the first thing on our mind was FOOD!  Which couldn’t get any fresher than this farmer’s garden.

Cameron Highlands - Cabbage Farm

Workers could be seen watering the cabbages by hand.

Cameron Highlands - Cabbage

Pesticide free cabbages anyone?

Cameron Highlands - Jess loves Cabbages

The modern farm girl with her cabbages! :)

Cameron Highlands - Cabbage

Macro shot of the cabbages from ground level. Little cabbages look like little tuffs of grass!

Cameron Highlands - Cabbage

Cabbages in full bloom waiting to be harvested. Err.. on second thought, it doesn’t quite look like cabbage actually…

Cameron Highlands - Strawberry Farm

A unique take on a strawberry farm with awesome lighting.

More takes on the strawberry farm.

Cameron Highlands - Strawberries & Cherry Tomato

Strawberries and cherry tomatoes. So red and vivid you can almost taste the sweetness just by looking at them!

Cameron Highlands - Strawberry lovers

Strawberries anyone? :)
